Outdoor Movie Night – Where: Outdoor Classroom/Indigenous Circle (between Alumni Memorial Hall and Whidden Hall overlooking Cootes wetlands on the north-west corner of campus).

Outdoor Movie Night 

When: Tuesday August 29th, 8:30 pm-11 pm  

Where: Outdoor Classroom/Indigenous Circle (between Alumni Mimorial Hall and Wheden Hall overlooking Cootes wetlands on the north-west corner of campus) 

Who: All first-year students 

What: A collaboration between Indigenous Student Services (ISS) and the Black Student Success Center (BSSC), this event is meant to create a space to celebrate and welcome LGBTQ+ Black, Indigenous, and other queer students of colour. We will be watching The Half of It (2020). The event starts at 8.30 to allow time for settling in and getting popcorn, with the movie starting right at 9 pm. Bring your snacks, friends, and picnic blankets!
